THE FREAKS, NERDS, AND ROMANTICS
A recent college graduate (played by Jamie Frevele) arrives back at her Long Island hometown after being commissioned to write an article about the local Punk scene. Her task becomes tremendously more difficult when she realizes that not much has happened in the years she's been gone, except that her friends have gotten older and stuck in a rut. What she and the other characters discover is a longing to grow up while being able to hold onto their ideals and passions.
